Interior design for the The range range

answer background

While continuing its commitment to soothing and enhancing the well-being of its top-of-the-range holiday accommodation, O'Hara has maintained its strong emphasis on elegance and simplicity of form. Wood is used in the ‘Japanese’ style as a transitional element, present in every room and even on the ceiling!

Functional aesthetics

Each piece of furniture or accessory has a precise function and contributes to the harmony of the whole. The lines are simple, with no superfluous ornamentation, and the pieces are chosen for their usefulness as much as for their beauty. The sofa, for example, cleverly unfolds to accommodate guests (optional extra bed).

Natural colours

A palette of predominantly white, grey and wood, enhanced by subtle touches of metal, creates a soft, soothing atmosphere. The curtains and upholstery, inspired by raw, natural materials such as linen or leather, reinforce the feeling of harmony, conducive to relaxation.

Chic simplicity

The shower room, the centrepiece of designer O'HARA's work, makes a statement in all its simplicity. A cabinet houses a very large marble-look washbasin, topped by an XXL round mirror and a comfortable space for toiletries. The 100 x 80 cm walk-in shower is fitted with a ‘Him and Her’ column, revealing the wooden ceiling and providing a lovely space in which to relax. The mixer taps have a central cold position and a 50% flow limiter that can be unlocked. And don't forget the wall-hung WC, with its flangeless bowl designed for easy cleaning.
